I am a qualified Mountain Leader with Outdoor first aid and experience in all of the mountain ranges of the mainland UK. I also do local hikig and am exploring more of the south west. I have lead groups of all sorts Including Duke of Edinburgh, corporate clients, charities, military including helping individual train for special forces and just groups of friends plus my own loved ones on days out having fun. Perhaps your next on that list.
I put together custom packages for days out or longer weekends etc just get in touch. I may otherwise be able to put you in touch with friends specially in the Snowdonia area if I am not available or after a cheaper option.

Learn how to map read. I have done outdoor education in schools, taught Duke of Edinburgh, adults and even military. I can teach you to I can supply all needed or bring you own. we learn hands on whilst on the ground. I carry a tablet to go over the fundamentals and express some points more clearly. Sometime done inside before heading out depending on how cold or the weather. Your be surprised how proficient you can get in even a day and then up to you if you wish to deepen your learning on this life skill.
There is so much beauty in our landscape find out how to get to some of these spots safely and with support. I can even carry your gear to make it more accessible within reason and limits. I have high capacity back packs stamina and strength. So great for people able to get out but not under load or for photographers.

I will take you walking barefoot, feeling plants. do breathwork feel the stillness or tide like breathing of the forest. feel all the sensations and experience the hidden pleasure that come with being truly present. Try going out at home standing on the grass bare foot feel the sun and breeze on your face and just breathe slow and deep and be notice what you see and feel just being still and present. Be curious. stand or sit watch animal and insects experience what we lost reconnect. Notice how it effect your mood your wellbeing and the rest of your life.
Wild swimming clothing optional depending on how public out of respect. Even in the cold a bit of tumo/Wim Hoff lessons on heat management often incorporated into mountain days also. Can carry an inflatable swimming float with me for confidence/ reassurance.
